A short walk from Charlotte St., The British Museum, with easy commuting across London via Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines from Euston Square.

This is an “instant home” setup: curated, quiet, clean, and ideal for someone who values a calm base in central London. I am a 26 year old who has made this property my home for the past 18-months seeking a likeminded, mature, clean & tidy flatmate to sublet my 2nd room.

I. Bedroom

This room can only be described as cosy in the best possible way. It currently functions as a Dressing Room, Guest Room & TV room, features ample storage, and benefits from custom-programmed warm white lighting across both a bedside lamp and light bars. The bedroom is situated at the rear of the property and very quiet, with minimal noise pollution from the city or neighbours.

Features: small-double bed, own rear-balcony-facing window, large built-in mirrored wardrobe storage, large chest of drawers, small bedside chest of drawers, tall narrow chest of drawers, spacious under-bed storage space.

II. Bathroom

Bathroom is finished in warm wood and features effective ventilation and underfloor heating to prevent dampness. Ample storage, generously sized bath & well-functioning rainwater & wand style shower.

Features: large bathtub & shower, large mirror with multi-shelf storage, dedicated under-sink storage console, decorative exposed shelving units.

III. Shared Spaces

The primary shared space is a kitchen–dining–living area. Amenities include: full-size dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge-freezer, ample storage.

Additionally, the kitchen is fully furnished with professional-grade cookware & knives. Note there is no TV in the shared areas or included with the apartment. The corridor is also shared, with a dedicated storage unit for shoes and hanging rack for coats/jackets.

The Household

Who I am: I have an aesthetic eye and value an ordered, curated space. I care a lot about health, nutrition & fitness. During the week I am usually out early and in the office until late. During the weekends I enjoy cooking and occasionally host small groups of 5-6 friends for dinners. I travel extensively for work and spend approximately 2 weeks every 2 months away, so I’m looking for someone I can trust to treat the space with care in my absence.

Who You Are: You’ll likely be a working professional (or similar) who wants: a quiet, well-kept home base in Zone 1, a high standard of cleanliness, a respectful, low-drama living dynamic, comfort with a curated, design-led space.

If you’re the sort of person who naturally resets the kitchen, respects quiet hours, and enjoys a calm environment—we’ll get on.

Non-Negotiables

This is very much a professionals’ home and building (the building is primarily occupied by tenured Doctors, Professors, Lawyers etc.), meaning naturally there is no smoking or vaping (inside the flat or building), no pets, no parties or loud music, no prohibited substances including Cannabis and clean, respectful shared space habits across the kitchen and bathroom.
