About me: I’m a recent electromechanical engineering graduate and Managing Director of a startup business that I’m currently building. I’m moving fully into professional life and tend to have a busy schedule, so I’m often out working during the day and won’t be around the flat all the time.

At home I’m easy-going, clean and respectful. I enjoy having a friendly atmosphere while also giving each other privacy and personal space. I’d like the flat to feel comfortable and relaxed rather than like a formal landlord-and-tenant arrangement.

I’m ideally looking for a clean, respectful and considerate student or professional who would treat the flat as their home.
