You will be sharing a kitchen and bathroom with one quiet and respectful professional. Just turn up and enjoy the freedom, ease and quality of a hotel but with all the warmth and comforts of home.

This double room is available from 8th October 2024 with all bills inclusive.

PLEASE NOTE:

The room is only suitable for an office based professional with regular 9-5 business hours. The space is shared with a professional who works with clients from home. Hence it would not suit anyone with irregular hours, on shift work or needing to work from home.

This is a pristine, beautiful and peaceful space for a non-smoking professional looking to be in central London for their working week. The double room is furnished to a luxury hotel standard, with king-size bed for single occupancy, luxury Egyptian cotton linens and the highest quality mattress and feather pillows. The room has a dressing table, plenty of deep drawer space and a small wardrobe with hanging space.

The property is located in Fitzrovia, in an unbeatable W1 location, just around the corner from the Langham Hotel and the BBC. Oxford Circus, Soho, Great Portland Street, Goodge Street, Warren Street & Regents Park are all around seven to ten minutes walk away. There is a Tesco Express one minute from the building, open from 6am to 11pm, seven days a week and a Santander Bike rack just next door. You could not be better located for getting the most out of London.

The property itself has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard with a brand new designer kitchen, luxury pure wool carpets throughout and exquisite but functional designer furniture. The flat has all new appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, juicer and a Vitamix. A Lodger Agreement is provided for a minimum stay of 6 months with a 2 month notice period. One months rent to be paid in advance by standing order and one month as a deposit. References to be provided. There is a non refundable deposit of one weeks rent (£300) to secure the room. This will be deducted from first months rent on moving in.
