I am the current tenant and am a 25 year old American finance professional working in St James's. I am seeking a flatmate who is also a professional as this would be more conducive to aligned lifestyles. Students need not apply. I start work at 7AM so I tend to sleep early. Given the layout of the flat this shouldn't hinder your ability to do anything, but courtesy is always important. I intend to have a cleaner in once a week but it will be necessary to maintain an orderly home between her visits.
The room is on the pricier side, but the spec of the flat is well worth the money. Please see attached pictures for a good idea of what the place looks like. This was the fruit of a several month search. The kitchen is decked out will all the appliances necessary.
The room is available from the 1st of March. Early viewings strongly recommended as there has been a lot of interest so far. My main goal is to find a suitable flat mate.
