The flat is ground floor, with bedroom lower ground but facing onto a small building courtyard which is not accessible (so it is quite airy). The bedroom is fully furnished, has lots of storage space, and has its own private ensuite. There is a shared kitchen with modern gadgets and cookware.

The other flatmate is a lawyer in the City, and is easygoing and is generally around to chat but mostly either in the office or out with friends. Please note that the kitchen is the only shared area of the flat, other than the hallway.
