Large ensuite double bedroom in Chancery Lane

I'm moving out of this flat to move in with my girlfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy! I live with my flatmate, who is also a student at LSE, who enjoys her downtime at home, cooking and crocheting! The room is very spacious with great natural light and a sizeable ensuite bathroom. The flat also has a large living room and a cozy kitchen. It is a 3 minute walk to City Thameslink and an under 10 minute walk to Chancery Lane, Farringdon and Blackfriars.

The lease ends in late January of 2026 and payment is 6 months up front, which would cover July 2025 to January 2026. I'm happy for someone to move in a bit earlier within June so I can help move you in and show you where everything is, since my flatmate would be away with family at the time. Though the tenancy is only signed until January, if all the tenants are happy to renew it, the landlords are happy to do so.
