There's a super cosy room in a very spacious, clean and quiet 2 bed house to share with me, the landlady. The house is very peaceful with plenty of room, one newly refurbished bathroom to share and a spare toilet on the ground floor. There is a good size patio garden as well.
Short distance to amenities as well as Forest Gate, Upton Park, Woodgrange Park Stations and a 10 min bus ride to Stratford.
I'm a freelancer working with furniture either from home or at an upholstery studio in Dalston. I'm friendly, respectful and have an excellent sense of humour. I'm looking for a professional female to share my wonderful home.
I'm happy to share a glass of wine or a dinner together and be friends rather than just two people sharing a space. But I'm also quite happy to have my own space and let you get on with your stuff. Cleanliness and tidiness is important.
