I have one large and bright double room currently available to rent in my house in Forest Gate (E7).

We are looking for someone who is easy-going, friendly and clean/tidy to share this lovely, welcoming and Victorian terrace house with.

Shared space includes a modern kitchen, a relaxing open plan living room with big bifold doors opening onto a lovely garden, a big bright bathroom, and a smaller office/lounge room.

Two lovely ladies currently live in the house and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming - we look forward to meeting you! We work relatively long hours so the house can sometimes be pretty quiet during the week with the different schedules. But the weekends are often spent relaxing at home as well as cooking, exercising, watching Netflix, gardening and hosting friends.

This space would definitely suit someone that is a young professional working either locally or in town and who is similarly independent, sociable and clean/tidy.

Regrettably we can not take on anyone that comes with a pet, due to the current housemates having allergies.
