Whole house is clean including the room. Eye catchy well-furnished spacious kitchen with all the appliances like gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine and dining table. You have to have your own utensils please.

Regular Cleaning is a must to maintain the good condition and family environment of our house specially own room, bathroom and corridor & kitchen bin. Hoover provided.

Pork and alcohol is not allowed in the house.

All bills included in the rent (i. e. water, electricity, wifi, council) but please be considerate and use reasonably as all utilities prices are so high. 1 Month advance and 1 Month deposit is necessary. Also notice period is 1 month if any party requires to vacate the room.

Though no reference is required but 1 proof of ID and 1 proof of previous address and right to stay in the UK are required if the room is taken.
