Double Room All bills inc

Hi I have a Double Room with all bills included which is £580pcm/ £150 deposit in Forest Gate zone 3.

The room is fully furnished with a Bed , Chester Draws and wardrobe . 2 WiFi connections. There’s a garden and a communal room, decent sized kitchen with appliances /cutlery if needed etc.

One bathroom and one toilet which are separate

Area/Travel
Upton Park Station (Zone 3) & East Ham Station (Zone 3) District & Hammersmith line are 15 min walks , buses into Stratford & Central London are nearby also. Convenience stores are within walking distance (Tesco, Lidl, Iceland etc)

Parks are close by Plashet & West Ham as well as Wanstead Flats.

Ideally a quiet person who’s in a stable job, tidy , private but easy going. Someone who’s familiar with the area or similar area would be good.

Currently 3 of us in the house 2 females and myself (English, British and Ecuadorean), We are quiet and private, but also sociable.

Hobbies: making music , painting, cycling, watching films /documentaries, making videos , cooking , video-games etc

There are a couple of cats that sleep in the house

Reference would be helpful but not essential. Current employment and location in London work wise and living would be nice to know.

Looking for someone who can fit in no problem
Any further queries regarding the room /house/ area etc just ask I can explain a bit more. The room is currently occupied so the pics are of the room when empty.


I’m only doing in person viewings on weekends and can do video viewings after 5:30 pm weekdays then an in person viewing.
