Single Room All bills inc

Hi I have a Single Room with all bills included which is £500pcm in Forest Gate zone 3.

The room is fully furnished with a Bed , Chester Draws and wardrobe . 2 WiFi connections. There’s a garden and a communal room, decent sized kitchen with appliances /cutlery if needed etc.

One bathroom and one toilet which are separate

Area/Travel:
Upton Park Station (Zone 3) & East Ham Station (Zone 3) District & Hammersmith line are 15 min walks , buses into Stratford & Central London are nearby also. Convenience stores are within walking distance (Tesco, Lidl, Iceland etc)

Parks are close by Plashet & West Ham as well as Wanstead Flats.

Ideally someone who’s in a stable job, tidy , private but easy going. Someone who’s familiar with the area or similar area would be good.

Currently 2 others and myself (English (26) & Spanish (32) ), We are quiet and private, but also sociable and all work

Female only due to the size of the room and there’s already two women in the house so easier for safety considerations

There are a couple of cats that sleep in the house sometimes but mostly outdoors
