Single Room-Stratford

Hi guys! Im moving out to this lovely house in Stratford.

The house:
The house have 4 rooms in total, bathroom and toilet separeted, living room, kitchen and a beautiful garden.
The contract is for 6 months period but you always can extended.

The room:
The room is a single room furnished (I bought the bed 4 months ago) with views to our garden.
The mirror and the chest drawer are not included but if you are interested, I can leave them for a price extra.

The housemates:
All of them working in hospitality so, daily, we don't see each other to much but we always enjoy have a dinner or a chat in the kitchen when we meet. In summer and if the weather helps, we enjoy the garden with bbq and some drinks together.

Bills:
We pay monthly and bills come every 3-4 months and its around 40-50 pounds per electricity, water and council tax.

Its a big house, with amazing housemates and good localitation. If you are interested, please send me a message and we can arrange a view.
