Double room in Victorian terrace

A stylish 3 bedroom flat in the top floors of a Victorian Terrace, very close to Forest Gate Station.

It’s only about a 6 minute walk to Forest Gate Station on the Elizabeth Line (20 minutes to Tottenham Court Road, even less to Liverpool Street and just one stop to Stratford with the Central and Jubilee line connections.) Also, the Suffragette Line at Wanstead Park is well connected to the Victoria Line.

Forest Gate is very friendly, with a great community spirit. There’s Lidl and Co Op stores close by, pub and other shops within a few mins walk as well as the open space of Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest beyond.

The available room is bright and spacious with a double bed. There's a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe, with plenty of space for additional furniture / storage space if need be.

The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces as is the large living room at the front of the house.

The flat is shared with me, the owner and a little grey cat. I enjoy cooking, listening to music and watching films as well as making the most of the green spaces on our doorstep.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and laid back to share my home with. I’d welcome a Monday to Friday let which would work out at £650 per calendar month (I. e. 4 nights per week)
