Huge bed/living room in beautiful Victorian house

I have a very large and light furnished bedsit (bed, living, kitchen) in Forest Gate, in the sought-after Woodgrange conservation area.

It is a huge ground floor room, the length of the house, looking on to front and back gardens. The space was recently created with double-glazed windows and its own brand new kitchen. It provides comfortable and spacious sleeping, living and kitchen areas. You would have exclusive use of the shower and large cabinet within the adjacent bathroom/utility room.

The space has new carpet and is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, triple wardrobe, small chest of drawers, sofa, two armchairs, TV stand, bookcases, lamps and dining table and chairs.

My name’s Nicola, I’m a live-in landlady looking for a singleton or couple of any kind, for my friendly, warm, large house, now that my children have left home.

The room offers independent living as we would have our own living room/kitchens. (Though if you’re interested, I’d be up for sharing the occasional coffee or glass of wine!)

Fitness/Wellbeing:
Forest Fitness gym is a 15/20 minute walk and Space East Yoga and fitness centre a ten minute walk from my house. Atherton Leisure Centre with a swimming pool and gym is situated on Romford Road between my house and Stratford.

The location would suit professionals working in central London, the City, Canary Wharf, or Stratford.
Transport:
- 2 minutes walk to buses to Stratford (12 minutes)
- 12 minutes walk to Forest Gate Station (Stratford, Liverpool Street and soon Crossrail)
- 6 minutes walk to Woodgrange Park overground.

On street parking is possible with a bought permit (not included.)

£1,050 is inclusive of all bills.
Additional £150 per month for a couple.
