There are currently 2 gay professional males living within the house and are both friendly and amenable. The house is equipped with high speed broadband and TV facilitates in the living room. Kitchen space is enough for each occupant to have their own cupboard and space within a large fridge.

Stratford Station is around 15 minutes walk away or short bus ride. There are regular buses to Stratford and central London close by the house. There is a modernised local authority gym with swimming pool close by as is West Ham Park.
