Large Double Room - gay house Forest Gate

We are a gay house, so would be great to have preferably another guy. We live in a 3 bed terrace house with a dog - cocker spaniel... so dog friendly is a must... he is cute and friendly anyway!

We are two friends, usually work from home but are out going to meet friends, gym, CrossFit most days. Robert (35) from Cumbria, UK and Panos (29) Greek

We are looking for someone to join the house, hang out with and not just a housemate... cook together, drinks., watch TV. The room is a large double but we have a huge lounge/dining room area, kitchen which we would like to share - feel like you are part of the house. It is rented, but we have decorated the house, made it more of a home.

Professional pref, can take mature student. I guess we want you to come down and see the room and see if its a good match for us

We have a huge back garden which is great for the summer and can store bikes off the street. And a hot tub in the summer

The bedroom is large, one double bed with ample more space and huge open clothes rails on one side of the wall. We will be taking out the keyboard, an office desk will be place in there.

We are a 10 min walk to Wanstead Park Overground, 15 min walk to Forest Gate on TFL rail, 20 min walk to Stratford International DLR. You can walk to Stratford main station but its about 30 mins, there are buses or we bike there usually.
