I’m advertising a room in my flat. It will be 1 room with access to a private bathroom and shower. The flat is very big and modern and you will have access to a small communal garden.

You will have access to a communal kitchen and living area. As well as fridge freezer, cupboard space and even storage in the basement.

Although this is advertised as room only, most of the time I will be away.

Ideally we’re looking for 1 person or a couple to rent the room.

I’m 26 and work in finance. I enjoy socialising, sports and travel. I’m looking for easy going, clean and respectful flat mates.

The building has a 3 bed flat which is on top. Therefore you will have very little if not no stress if you ever have any problems.
