The room is super spacious & gets lots of light. It is furnished with a double bed (frame & mattress). No bills are included but work out to approx £150 a month.
About me: I'm an actor/writer born & bred in East London. I love having a natter over a glass of wine, though mostly keep myself to myself. I mostly work from home as a playwright & screenwriter (so often crave no noise during the day).

- IS respectful, discreet, sensible, clean & tidy (the clean & tidy part is the deal breaker, so genuinely, if you know you’re not, this flat isn’t for you).
The tenancy is with the landlord.
