The property is an excelling location being located just round the corner from Forest Gate Station on the Elizabeth Line and five minutes from Wanstead Park on the Overground.

The complex is located just off the High Street, which contains several supermarkets and greengrocers along with coffee shops, and local eateries.

Stratford is within easy access from the Elizabeth Line, as well as with several bus routes. Liverpool Street station is reachable within 11 minutes, Canary Wharf in 20 minutes, and Central London within 20-25 minutes.

About me: Originally from Manchester, I own the property and am a working professional in Urban Design. I am usually in the office three times a week, with the other two days working from home. When not working I can be found catching up with friends or at home watching Netflix or playing video games. I also value alone time and I am respectful of personal spaces.

I consider myself to be friendly, considerate, and progressive. I have lived in China and Australia so people with international backgrounds are welcome.

I am looking for a respectful, like-minded working professional, who is clean and tidy but also likes a pint or two.
