Bright and warm room to rent for Monday's to Friday's. The room is part of a two bedroom, two bathroom new build apartment.

I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger only. The person should be neat and tidy. I'm not particularly social during the week days/nights so the apartment should be a nice relaxing place to get home from after work.

The room has a south facing view over the communal gardens and a vent for the Eurostar which means there are no people looking into the room. The room is quiet and has MVHR (mechanical ventilation which has been heated) so the windows can stay closed in the winter without it getting stuffy. It has a small double bed in it suitable for one person only. There is built in storage in the room too for clothes for the week.

The apartment is situated less than 5 mins from Forest Gate station which has frequent Elizabeth Line trains into town. Liverpool st in about 15mins, a similar time for Canary Wharf although you have to cross platforms to swap for a train, and 20 mins to Tottenham Court Road. The apartment is about a 10min walk from Wanstead Flats/Forest which is fantastic for some long runs and cycle storage is available.

Bills are included with the exception of heating which is difficult to budget for based on individual needs. The flat is well insulated so this should not be a large addition. There is high speed fibre optic internet but no tv licence. So if tv is your thing let me know and I can sort something out.
