Small double room room available in my 3 bedroom house, sharing the house with my partner Maria.

Double bed (with drawers) and nice mattress. Desk, chair and wardrobe included in room.

Bathroom is right next to room, and there's a separate toilet downstairs.

Kitchen and living room are both spacious.

Garden is also renovated with decking area. Options for furniture storage in the outhouse if necessary.

House is 8 min walk from Forest gate station, 5 minute walk from Wanstead Park. Bus stop 30 seconds away to Stratford, Hackney and Walthamstow

My partner is pregnant, we are expecting in around 6 months. We would not expect someone to want to stay with a newborn, though we could discuss this if necessary.
