Charming room in victorian home

Hello there, welcome to our home in Forest Gate.
We live in a large 3 storey house with 5/6 bedrooms.

Andrew and I live on the ground floor and have our own kitchen and bathroom and living room.

You will be our only permanent lodger in the double room on the 2nd floor which has a kitchen and bathroom on the same floor.

You will be sharing your kitchen and 2 bathrooms with
-occasional airbnb guests that we host: we usually have longer term guests for weeks or months and have a minimun 5 night stay
- a workawayer: who helps us to maintain the house and help us with slow refurbishment of the house

You will need to be fairly easy going and enjoy meeting new people as the airbnb guests change fairly regularly and the workawayer changes every few weeks to months. The upstairs portion of the house has been recently refurbished and the kitchen and bathroom are shown in the pictures. Our top priority is to have a housemate is who kind and respectful and gets on well with other people. We try and ensure noise is limited after 11pm on weeknights for everyones comfort but otherwise we dont really have many set rules around the house. Since we have airbnb guests we also expect the communal areas to be very clean and tidy at all times.

The double room has a comfortable double bed, lots of drawers, a small desk and a clothes rail. Though the room is a double room we prefer to rent to only one person. We have no issue with partners or occasional friends staying at weekends etc.

The price is 800pcm which includes all bills and a weekly cleaner who cleans all the communal area (but will not access your room).
