Recently refurbished victorian terrace house

Recently refurbished double room including most bills in beautiful terraced house with new shared bathroom available for rent with live in landlord (Doug). I live on the top floor with separate bathroom. Bills included (water, energy, internet, council tax) in price except for fortnightly cleaner for which there is a £30/month contribution (this includes all cleaning materials). Tenants share first floor bathroom between the two of them which is featured in photos. There is also a shared living room, dining room including a dryer and garden/terrace (great in the summer). Preferred flat mates will be clean, tidy and respectful professionals with work commitments Monday to Friday similar to the Landlord. A bit about me the landlord. I am a 40 year old English professional working in business development and engineering in the environment/waste sector. I am in the office 4 days per week and work from home Fridays. My interests are languages, travelling, other cultures, politics, sport (play vets rugby) among other things. My friends would call me friendly, easy going and sociable.
