The room is available immediately.

The room is for one person only. The house is cosy, with a pleasant vibe. I'm looking for someone, friendly and clean experienced in flat sharing. No privileged millennials, please. We don't have a cleaning person separately so you should be up for a bit of weekly cleaning.

The house comprises of 2 toilets so there would no chaos to use it in an urgency. 2 washing machines to wash and dry quickly so you don't need to visit laundrette. Spacious kitchen, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Television, cozy sofa to chill, beautiful backyard and friendly housemates.

The landlord is a helpful, no nonsense guy, and the neighbors are nice and quiet too.

While coming to transport facilities, there are the district and Hammersmith Lines from Upton park Station and lots of buses going everywhere in London, Okdale road bustop 3 minutes walking distance from the house. It's a popular area, with, restaurants and shops, and a park, all Indian grocery markets, Queens market, Lidl, tesco, Iceland, as well as Gym round the corner.
