1 Double Room (Heavily Discounted)

I am subletting 1 large double room in my house just for the month of August. The rent is over £900 including bills but as this is a short let I just want someone to cover the period I am away so the rent is reduced to £650 inclusive of all bills to find the right person who would not be an inconvenience to my flatmates while I am away. Current flatmates- there are two flatmates, one is a PhD student at the London School of Economics, and the other one is a working professional.

The room has sofa and office furniture included. The place is a 10 minute walk from Forest Gate station and 10 minute walk from Upton Park station.
