Bedroom for rent in a 3 story shared house.

Looking for a housemate to move into a very creative household. I am a music producer working out of Tileyard studios in London and I live with an artist, fashion designer and a dental practice manager.

There is a really nice vibe in the house and we are super close to both Forest gate station (Elizabeth Line) and Wanstead Park overground.

The house is 3 floors and the bedroom available is on the 2nd floor.

We have a total of 3 bathrooms. One on each floor, the top floor bathroom will be yours, sharing with one other person.

The kitchen and living room space is shared amongst us all. As is the garden.

With the bills on top it comes to around 950 all in and this includes Wi-Fi. We also have a laundry room with washing machine.

Looking for someone who is ideally creative and has a good vibe about them. We have a lot of fun in the house whilst keeping it respectful of others.

Its a great house to live in and we are like a big family so would love someone to come and complete the crew.
