Large Double Room (All Bills Included)

I am looking for a friendly flatmate to replace me in this spacious double room in Forest Gate.

The apartment is a two floored building, with the room being on the first floor, and another bedroom where the current flatmate lives. The bathroom, also on the first floor, is shared by the two tenants. Due to upcoming changes in the ownership of the property, the upstairs kitchen (shown in the pictures) will no more be under use, but rather a much bigger kitchen on the ground floor will be available. Since the ground floor is unoccupied, tenants tend to hang out in the huge kitchen area and often have meals there. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs.

The flat is within walking distance from Forest Gate, which offers excellent transport links to Stratford Station and Central London. Furthermore, many grocery stores are closeby (Tesco, Iceland, Supredrug, etc.).

Currently, the other room is occupied by a very friendly and mindful girl. She is social and helping and keeps the flat clean and tidy. Due to her long working hours, she is usually not there during the day. It was delightful getting to know her.

On top of the monthly rent, which includes all bills (except Wifi), couples are welcome for an additional 200 pounds. The storage space being massive makes it an ideal and affordable choice for couples.
