Who we're looking for👀

-From October, 2024 for at least 9 months (our contract ends 14th June, 2025)
-Female only
-Someone who earns a minimum of £22,500 per annum as required by landlord
-Someone reliable and responsible, thinking for longterm stay
-A flatmate who maintains cleanliness
-An open, friendly person

Costs per calendar month per tenant🏡:
Rent: £750
Fixed bills (water, electricity, gas): £90.80
Council tax: £43
Wifi: £10.25
+ tenant insurance if needed: £10.97

About us✨
We are recent university graduates, 2 fashion and a film student, who moved from Hungary for our studies and are now preparing for our master's degrees. We can also offer valuable information and advice to anyone planning to start their studies in England.
Our shared passions include cooking, hiking, socialising, and evening chats over a glass of wine.
We are neat, tidy and we respect your personal space, however we are always open to have a chat and hang out if you feel like it:)
