Double Bedroom in Lovely, Clean 3 Bed Maisonette

I'm going away for work from 14th January-19th March and am looking for someone to take over my bedroom in the meantime. Ideally someone who would stay here the whole time but this can be up for discussion.
I will of course clean out the entirety of my bedroom but will leave behind the wardrobe, shoe storage, mirror and bed/mattress.

There is a shared living room, garden, 1x bathroom and a kitchen filled with great cooking appliances.

Current flatmates are actors/dancers and work in hospitality and are out often in the daytime. I normally work from home.

10 Minute walk from Forest Gate Station. 8 Minute Walk from Wanstead Park.

Wanstead Flats on the doorstep. Car Parking available with permits.
