Room for rent

Very clean warm and bright double room with small desk and cupboard space. Room looks onto the garden and is very quiet, with good double glazing. Living with a professional in the arts. The house is calm and tidy. There's a shared living room, kitchen and garden. My room has an ensuit so the bathroom downstairs would be used exclusively by you.

There's loads of great pubs and fitness places nearby, excellent indian restaurants too. The train is a 10 minute walk away, making it super convenient to get into town.

I enjoy listening to music having morning chats while making the coffee, Im happy to make food together when we feel like it, and sometimes it's nice to just have quiet time hibernating.
I create textiles in my spare time and run a community natural dye garden, so im always making / working on some project in the background.

I'm at work 4 days a week in Stratford and tend to wfh wednesdays or fridays.

I'm looking for someone easy going, tidy and respectful. It would be nice to share with another creative, but it's not neccessary.

The bills are not included - normally about 160 each.
