A single one bedroom available in forest gate

This is a double unfurnished room that is very flexible with the furnishing , I am currently living in the flat and I furnished the room myself but I’m selling off the big ikea wardrobe and two side drawers with the bed frame if you show interest to buy, it is negotiable, i plan to move out by the 1st of May to move somewhere closer to my work place so I’m looking for someone who will replace me and take the room and can also continue with the lease after MAY, this property is in a very accessible location and close to alot of in demand things, it’s a 2mins walk to the bus and 15mins walk to Stratford center, Stratford station and west field, it’s an apartment building with very friendly flatmates, the area is safe at night for anyone who works late hours. Also a 5mins walk to lidl, pound land, Iceland and superdrug, 10mins walk to forest gate station for the Elizabeth line.

It’s a great place to stay for someone who likes to associate with their flatmates and don’t mind sharing utensils.

The room is flexible you can decide to buy off the wardrobe, bed and bed frame, two side tables or you can come with your own things because the room comes unfinished.

It’s £834 without bills and the extra bills such as council tax, electricity, gas, water and wifi is £84 extra per person per month which is divided among the flatmates.

It has a free Netflix and Disney plus access.

Interested person will be sharing an open floor kitchen and living room with the other two flatmates.

It’s a three bed with two bath so you would have to share bathroom with just one of the flatmate.
It’s a very friendly household and also a very accepting of any tribe, religion, or sexual belief but would likely prefer a female.

Short term let is acceptable from 1st of May -30th of May for just £834 no deposit needed and I will cover the extra bills.
