One room with 1 double bed- one wardrobe, a study table.
A room on the top floor with a table a double bed and a wardrobe provided. Would like a female preferably that speaks Bengali for ease of communication but English is also fine. Would like no additional male company to be brought but any female friends are allowed. The tenant already living there occupies the master bedroom and so will any of their visitors so that the privacy of the additional tenant will be respected. All deposits and advanced payments and work evidence/student status need to be given prior to moving in. Close to Westfield, Stratford and near Queen Mary University.
