We are Marcus & Alire, a professional couple, and we are looking for a new housemate for the spare bedroom in our home, where we have lived for many years.
RENT: £195 PER WEEK (INCLUDING ALL BILLS)
Please note: this is NOT ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. As this is our home, we will carefully choose someone based on mutual compatibility, reliability, and financial stability. The room is therefore ideally suited to a FULL-TIME WORKING PROFESSIONAL seeking a respectful, quiet, and clean home environment.
All bills are included in the rent, along with the services of a PROFESSIONAL CLEANER ONCE PER WEEK for communal areas. We will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom; therefore, while cleaning support is provided, a strong sense of shared responsibility is essential. All tenants are expected to uphold high standards of cleanliness, including:
No dishes left in the sink at ANY TIME – all items must be washed, dried, and put away immediately after use (and surfaces wiped down after cooking)
Keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean after each use
Respecting shared spaces and other occupants at all times
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:
- NO SMOKERS
- NO PETS
- NO WORKING FROM HOME – we are seeking someone employed full-time outside the home
- NO CHILDREN – this room is strictly for ONE ADULT ONLY
