We're looking for a friendly and responsible person to share our warm, relaxed and animal-loving home!

**📍 Location:**
Our three-bedroom house is ideally located just 12 minutes’ walk from **Forest Gate Station**, with easy access to the **Elizabeth Line** and **Overground** Wanstead Park, and **multiple bus routes** . We’re also only a short walk from **Westfield Stratford** and only 3 minutes by train from Stratford station to Forest gate, besides all the shops, cafes and restaurants the area has to offer.

**🛒 Local amenities:**
On the main road in Forest Gate, you’ll find **Lidl**, **Tesco**, **Co-op**, ** Iceland** **Poundland**, **Superdrug**, butchers, fishmongers, and a variety of other independent shops—all just around the corner!

We are two Spanish girls, aged 28 and 29. We work and study, so at home, we maintain a weekly routine of peace and quiet. The house is calm and respectful, with a strong sense of community and family. We have a **dog** and a **cat**, so we’re only looking for someone who genuinely **loves animals** and feels comfortable living with them.
