I’m looking for someone to take over my en-suite room in a fantastic house in Forest Gate!

The room is spacious, comes with a brand new mattress (King-size), a large built-in wardrobe, and its own private bathroom. Rent is £1100 per month, plus bills (around £130). The room is available from the 6th of October.

The property itself is a modern 3-bed, 3-bathroom home with a bright and open living room (3 huge windows = loads of natural light), a lovely terrace, and a stylish kitchen with an island - perfect for cooking and hanging out.

Location is unbeatable: the Elizabeth Line is literally across the street (under 1 min walk), so you can be in:

- Stratford in 4 min, where you can change for Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, trains
- Liverpool St in 10 min
- Tottenham Court Road in 18 min
- Paddington 30 min

There’s also an Overground station just a 5-min walk away. The area has everything—supermarkets, independent shops, gyms, and sports facilities.

You’ll be sharing the house with two friendly, like-minded professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. We’re social, enjoy catching up over food, drinks, or Netflix nights, but also respect each other’s space and downtime. We’re looking for someone similar - clean, considerate, and keen to treat the house as a home rather than just a place to crash.

The deposit is 5 weeks, and you’ll need to pass the agency checks.
