Double Room in Forest Gate

Property takeover from 9th of November 2025 until 25th of March 2026.

📍it’s a 5 minute walk to Forest Gate Station, which is the Elizabeth Line 💜
The Lizzy line bring you straight to Stratford in 3-4 minutes where you have Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR, National Rail etc. The lizzy line also goes straight into the city to Farringdon and Tottenham Court Road in less than 25 mins.

🛍️ Lidl, Coop, Tesco all within 10-15 minutes walk of the house. Forest Gate also has plenty of cafes, a superdrug, a library and pubs.

👧 Our two flatmates are deciding not to renew the lease so we are now looking for someone to fill the room.

About:

Upstairs bedroom beside the bathroom. Lots of natural lighting. Also overlooking the garden.

🏡 The house consists of four bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. We also have a small garden where we love sitting outside in the summer.
Bills come to around £70 pm.

Eve 💗 22. In my final year of university studying psychology. I work part time in a restaurant at London Bridge.

Holly💗 22. Recent architecture graduate currently looking for a job. Working in hospitality at the moment !

We’re two Irish girlies ☘️ , in our 20’s that love London. We love exploring the city by going for coffees and long walks through the parks. We enjoy cooking delicious dinners 😋, watching movies and definitely a fun night out! We’re very laid back, we love a good laugh, we’re extremely sociable and enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. But at the same time we do love our own space, and we’re happy just to do our own things at times!!
We are obsessed with travelling - we’ve just gotten back from our amazing trip to SouthEast Asia for 2 months! ✈️

We’re basically looking for someone to match our energy! We are happy to have two friends together or two separate people.

⭐️We have really made this into our home and looking for someone else who also values having a little safe space to come back to at the end of the day. Consideration for one another is super important to us.
⭐️ Loves to socialise and have fun, but also can respect privacy.
⭐️ We are very clean people and we need you to be too. We will have abit of a cleaning rota.. just for the bathroom/hoovering.. nothing too strict. But we would appreciate if everyone could just clean up after themselves in communal spaces.
