Sublet in East London

Hi all,

Me & my partner are moving out of London for a seasonal job so our lovely, large double room will be available from 20th Oct - end Dec.

The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and some drawers. We can also leave bedding if that's helpful. The flat has a huge shared kitchen, living / dining room, bathroom and a lovely big garden. The flat is furnished including pots, pans & all the kitchen bits. You'll be sharing with our current housemate , Betty. She's a 32 year old theatre maker and a great person to live with. We generally keep the flat clean & tidy and are relaxed about having friends over for dinner and film night (defo not a party house).

The flat is a 5 min walk from Forest Gate station (Lizzy line) and 7 mins from Wanstead Park overground. There's a high street 5 mins away including a Co op, Lidl, a few nice coffee shops and a pub. The area is pretty friendly & I feel safe walking home at night as there's always enough people around.

We'd love to find someone whose going to look after our room for us while we're away! Ideally for the whole time but shorter let's considered for the right person
