Small double room available in female house in E7

We have a small room going in our Forest Gate flat for £750 from Nov 22nd. We are 3 girls in our early 30s who are all working professionals but also creative, fun and silly :)

The house is 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each floor that’s shared between two rooms.

We’re looking for someone that can match the vibe of the house.

Females only, late 20s to mid 30s

Clean, respectful and down to earth. We’re close and get along really well, and want someone that can contribute to that and feel at home! We prefer not to have someone who only sits in their room.

Someone who doesn’t bring people round or work from home as we want the house to be our cosy space!

The house is 5 mins walk from Forest Gate station (Elizabeth line), 10 mins walk to Wanstead park overground, and 10 mins bus to Stratford! We have a Coop, a lidl and a late night Tesco on the high street as well as plenty of fruit and veg markets and coffee shops!
