Small double room available in female house in E7

The house is in Forest Gate (Elizabeth line 4 - mins walk away), right by the station - Wanstead Park overground station is just 6 minutes walk away too. It’s a new-build 4 bed town house in a gated development. It’s shared with 3 of us - aged 31-34 we work as an art teacher, photographer, and speech therapist. We all get along really well and hang out from time to time, but have busy schedules too so we’re also independent.

The bedroom is on the top floor, There’s one other bedroom on the top floor, with a bathroom shared between two.

On the first floor is the open plan living room / kitchen and terrace, and on the second floor are the other two bedrooms and another bathroom.

There’s underfloor heating (with a control dial in each room), motion sensor lighting, rainfall showers, a dishwasher and all the usual kitchen amenities.

Bills vary, but are on average around £70/month. There’s a deposit of £912.50, and the agency will go through reference checks etc if you’re to go ahead and be added to the contract.
