2 En-suite Rooms available

Hi all.

My flatmate and I are relocating to West London and so are looking for a lease changeover. Everything goes through an estate agent so I’ve done my best to do the deposit requirement but it may be slightly different depending on what estate agent says.

Move in is February but Estate agent is quite flexible if you want to move before we just need to discuss more details (after you meet housemates and everyone is happy)

The rooms: 2 x large bedrooms with en-suites.

The house: 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with patio / courtyard garden and sheltered outside seating area. Kitchen, dining room and large living room. I’ve asked estate agents for their photos of the house so you can see room when it’s empty and then my bedroom is pictures with furniture

The housemates:
Both called Joe and both work in film in central London. One Joe has a cat called Freyja. Very chilled and like to watch TV programs together and go for cycles in the summer but fully believe best way to get to meet people is to come and view property.

The area:
Gyms - a pure gym and 2 x anytime fitness in walking distance (30 mins), a large Morrisons 30 mins walk or 10 mins drive, a B&M about 20 mins away, and Forest Gate high street also has a Lidl.

Rent: £750 pcm + ~ £100 monthly for bills. I’m not sure council tax band but it’s £37.50 a month but that’s included in the estimations for total bills
