Hello everyone,
We are Denise and Clara, we are two professionals/full time students in our 30’s.
We have a room available in our house, which we’ve recently moved into. The room is located downstairs and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.
The house includes a garden and a kitchen with a dining table. Please note there is no living room.
We’re looking for a mature, clean, tidy, and respectful person, ideally someone who works full-time, as we do. Also, This is a quiet home and NOT a party house.
We are social and friendly and appreciate a meal and coffee all together, but we also like our privacy and personal space, so the ideal person would be someone with the same mindset.
Cleaning is a MUST.
Unfortunately, we are not able to consider working-from-home arrangements.
Bills are roughly:
15£ gas and electricity
35£ water
40£ council tax
7£ internet
