About Our Home:
Clean & Modern: Our home boasts a spacious kitchen, living room, a lovely garden and 3 bathroom.
Convenient Location: Just a 2-minute walk to the train station. The Elizabeth Line offers direct trains to Liverpool St in just 12 minutes. Buses to Stratford are also nearby.
Chilled Local Area: Calm atmosphere with excellent restaurants, bars, and pubs nearby.

Who We're Looking For:
Chilled & Respectful: We value a quiet and respectful living environment. If you're someone who appreciates a peaceful home and respects others' space, you'll fit right in.
Clean & Considerate: Keeping the house clean and tidy is important to us.
Social but Independent: We enjoy sharing the occasional dinner or drink but also respect each other's independence.

Important Details:
The Room: The room is on the first floor and comes part furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair). The floor bathroom is shared with one other tenant.
Rent: £725 per month, which includes council tax.
Additional Costs: Bills (around 60£ per month during summer and £80/85 during winter) and standard security deposit (1 month's rent) are separate.
Long-term Let: We're looking for someone committed to a long-term stay.
Non-Smoking: Our house is strictly non-smoking.
No Couples, Students, or Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples, students, or pets.
