About the house:
* Located within a secure gated community with CCTV
* Spacious three-floor house
* The girls have the entire top floor, so you’d only share a bathroom with Rachel
* The boys don’t come up to the top floor, so it feels very private
* Room is unfurnished
* Built-in wardrobes
* Underfloor heating in the bedroom (amazing in winter!)
* Cat-friendly household
Rent & bills:
* £790 per month rent
* Approx. £145 bills including council tax & WiFi
