I’m moving out early as my internship’s ending and I’m heading back home, so looking for someone to take over my room! 💛

All-female house. The others are students studying fashion at uni locally and keep the place clean and tidy.
The room:
•£900/month + £90 bills package

•Large basement room – feels quite separate from the rest of the house almost like a studio
•Underfloor heating
•Private en suite bathroom with a big shower
•Enough space to set up a proper sleeping + work area

The House:
•Good sized kitchen and living area with everything you need
•Garden access

The landlords:
The landlords are a couple who used to live here as their family home and now rent it out themselves. They’re really friendly, responsive and helpful if anything comes up.

The area:
5-10 minute walk to Forest Gate station (Elizabeth line) with Shops and essentials super nearby!

Perfect if you need somewhere short term (e. g. over summer), with potential to extend the tenancy directly with the landlord if it’s a good fit!
