One room in Forest Gate

I am looking for someone to fill my room in our wonderful house in Forest Gate as I move into a large room in the same property. The room is the smallest in the house and the rent reflects this at £777, with the other rooms paying 100-150 more. Wifi is free! Bills are 47.50 British Gas, £40.50 for council tax and £36.25 for water, so around £125 per month, making the total cost about £900 a month. The house is in a gated courtyard and has a small garden. We have an outdoor cat as well and we are good friends with most of our neighbours. This creates a really great/ friendly vibe.
We are a 4 minute walk from Forest Gate Station (Elizabeth line), 10 minutes from Wanstead park overground and the night bus (N25) stops right outside the house!
The room has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and I will leave my shelving unit for extra storage.
We are a very laid back group of girls, we are all friends and will hang out for dinner or nights out but also will keep to ourselves too. We all work in hospitality at the moment so expect people getting in late/ unconventional hours. We keep the house clean and all help out as the property is quite large.
We all LOVE living here with one of the girls having lived here since it was built. Really looking for another laid back girl.
