The house has 5 bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen, a garden, a basement, and two toilets. The room comes furnished with two wardrobes, a double bed, and a desk. It overlooks the garden and the Overground line, and benefits from plenty of natural light, especially during spring and summer.

About the neighbourhood:
The area offers everything you need within walking distance, including gym, great restaurants, parks, and shops such as Lidl, Co-op, Tesco, Iceland, and Poundland.

About the flatmates:
You will be sharing the house with five other people from Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the UK. We are a friendly household that values cleanliness, respect for personal space, and a peaceful living environment. We also enjoy sharing common household items and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional, respectful person aged between 28 and 36 years old.

Rent:
£650 per month (bills not included).
Monthly bills are approximately £100 and include gas, electricity, water, council tax, and Wi-Fi. The first four months, the bills will be around £40.
