We have a bright and comfortable double room becoming available in our friendly, well-maintained house share. Move in possible from 2nd August 2026 onwards.
The house is shared with working professionals who enjoy a clean, tidy and respectful living environment. Everyone gets on well, values each other's privacy, and helps to keep the shared areas clean and pleasant for everyone.
We're looking for someone who is considerate, reliable and takes pride in looking after their living space. Ideally, you'll be someone who pays rent and household bills promptly, respects shared spaces, communicates well, and is happy to follow the house guidelines so that everyone enjoys living here.
This is a home rather than a party house, so it would suit someone who appreciates a quieter environment. Overnight guests are permitted in accordance with the lodger agreement and house rules.

Bills: Council Tax (Band D) & Internet included in monthly rent.
Gas & Electricity: Typically around £30 per person per month during the summer and up to approximately £55 per person per month during the winter, depending on usage.
Water: Billed quarterly, averaging around £53 per person per quarter (approximately £18 per person per month).

The room is offered under an initial 6-month lodger agreement. At the end of this period, we will be happy to offer a further extension (or a longer-term agreement if preferred) provided the arrangement has worked well for both the lodger and the household, and the terms of the agreement have been observed.

One of the room's standout features is the full-height bi-fold doors opening directly onto the front garden. During the warmer months, they can be fully opened to let in plenty of natural light and fresh air, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor feel and a peaceful space to relax.

Outside, the property benefits from both a front garden and a large rear garden, providing plenty of outdoor space to relax, enjoy the sunshine or unwind after work.
