Looking for a considerate, tidy flatmate to take a double room in my freshly renovated flat in Forest Gate. I spend most of my time at my boyfriend's, so in practice you'll have the flat almost entirely to yourself — I'll pop back occasionally to collect post and tend to my plants. Think of it as having your own place, without the full price tag.

Good-sized double room, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe
A private garden, yours to enjoy whenever you like
I'll be using the second bedroom for storage, but otherwise the space is all yours

A 10-minute walk from Forest Gate station on the Elizabeth line — fast and easy links into central London and beyond
Forest Gate has a brilliant and growing café and food scene
Close to Wanstead Flats for walks, runs or simply some fresh air

What I'm looking for:

A tidy, respectful professional who will treat the flat as their own
Someone who wouldn't mind watering my plants occasionally — nothing demanding, I promise!
Pets considered — a single cat or dog would be very welcome given the garden
