The house is a 20 min walk to Stratford (Zone 2/3), 7 min walk to Wanstead Park station (London Overground) and 7 min walk to Forest Gate station where trains take 4 min to Stratford (Jubilee, DLR and Central line) and 13 minutes to Liverpool Street. We are also close to Wanstead Flats.
10 minutes walk to a brand new gym with swimming pool.

We have a lovely garden, modern bathroom and kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a large living room / dining room and our home is comfortable and cosy. You're free to use the kitchen as you need. We also have internet access/free wifi.

The room is a medium sized double. There is plenty of drawer and hanging space and the room has a full length mirror, dressing table and bedside table.

You'll be sharing with the landlords, a couple. We're looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate lodger.

The rent is £375 a month including bills and a cleaner plus £375 upfront. We also ask for one reference.
