I have a double room to rent in my house in Forest Gate, London E7. It’s a quiet area with excellent transport links and with shops nearby. As you can see from the photographs the room has plenty of natural light and furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen, dining, bathroom and rear garden. I’m looking for a female as the other lodger (also female) would prefer a female, to stay at least 3 months, a non-smoker and not too noisy.
