All bills are included and you are free to use the communal areas. There is broadband, cable TV, although not that many channels - Radios 3 & 4 are ever present though :)

There is a guest room, available for occasional use, free of charge, by friends or family of tenants.

Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest are a few minutes walk from the house.

CrossRail (Elizabeth Line) runs from Shenfield in the east to Heathrow in the west via Forest Gate. There is also an overland line station (Wanstead Park) 10mins walk from the house.

Secure parking for motorbikes, if required.

It's a quiet house, so possibly more suited to a working professional, or a mature student who would like a quiet place to study.
