I'm the occasional live-in owner of this spacious and characterful Victorian maisonette in central Forest Hill SE23 and I have a double bedroom with en-suite available to rent.
The 'great' thing about this flat is, hopefully, evident from the photos as well as it being a brisk one minute walk from the station and the pools & leisure centre.

As you may have noticed from the photos, the flat is above an estate agency on Dartmouth Road and whilst there's no noise from the shop, people who are used to living somewhere quiet will notice the sound of cars and buses passing by - so please take this into consideration.
